there are 3 difficulties 

Normal
Hard
Z-hard

Odds on getting him in normal are very (very very) low, so... if you can farm the hard one!

    I found the working Dragon Ball Z Dokkan cheat tool which gives you unlimited on EVERYTHING and you can also unlock EVERYTHING. It really Goddamn useful haha!
